Another work on cured meats uncovered. Complete with pix of piggies, and lots of info for commercial bacon makers. My brief gloss found no recipes.

I tried registering at the forum, as I'm a sausage making fan, but the damn password maker screwed it up and I cannot understand why a unique member-poster name isn't enough. Why a password? Got something secret you don't want others to know about you?
