ReplyDeleteThanks for your always interesting posts. One question though was keen to read the post on sourdough (yeasts) in Italy, I live there but I can't download it in a readable format, any other way I can obtain the piece?

It was online, at the publisher's webpages for a short while. About a week after I found it, the URL was taken offline. Sorry pal. If you netsearch the title you may find your way to a pay portal site to buy it. Last time I looked it was either $25 or $40 US Dollars.
