Volpi Sausage

My ability to write about food cannot improve what is already here. To suggest recipes, to make combinations of ingredients is useless in this case. If you cannot understand this, buy some Hot or Mild Sopressata and have Lunch. You can thank me later.

    Thanks for your always interesting posts. One question though was keen to read the post on sourdough (yeasts) in Italy, I live there but I can't download it in a readable format, any other way I can obtain the piece?

    1. It was online, at the publisher's webpages for a short while. About a week after I found it, the URL was taken offline. Sorry pal. If you netsearch the title you may find your way to a pay portal site to buy it. Last time I looked it was either $25 or $40 US Dollars.
