Spicy K Bell -Bell Peppers

I have had a "thing" for Kristen Bell, even before Veronica Mars. So, while I was shopping at Costco a while ago, I saw some socks from a company calling itself: K Bell. Which is also her nickname.

Although I don't ordinarily name recipes, plates or dishes after celebrities, this time is an exception to that rule.
Bell Bell Peppers

2 large-ish bell peppers
12 ozs. ground beef
2 ozs. cracker crumbs (or bread crumbs)
2 eggs
8 ozs. tomato sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp (Smart & Final) Italian Seasoning
1/4 heaping tsp. chile flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 fl. oz. malt vinegar (no substitutions)
 Mix all the ingredients, reserve in a bowl, covered and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Top the peppers, Remove seeds and veins. Stuff them, put in a casserole, Add some water to prevent the peppers from sticking to the casserole. Bake 60 minutes. Serve with buttered bread.
